This is Grandpa Ned
84 years young.
This was my attempt to teach Grandpa Ned how to use FaceTime.
*Holds phone to ear*
*Pulls phone away from ear to see my face*
*Immediately puts phone back to ear*
This is how it went trying to teach him how to text.
Observations
The largest obstacles that my grandpa faced when trying to send a message was the size of the text and the action buttons. In addition, having never learned to type on a QWERTY keyboard, it took a long time to find letters when typing.
